What Penis Size Do Women Prefer?
While I wouldn't say that I've had many partners, I'd have to admit that I've seen my share of penises. Each one of my partners has eventually asked the same question: ‘How do I measure up against the other men you've been with?' I don't know what it is about men, but they just can't seem to resist asking how they compare.
My answer has always been the same, regardless of what I think. I smile, throw and then tell say that he compares very well – and then I do something to distract his attention.
Of course, like all women I do have my own preference. You see, while every man has a different picture of his ideal woman, every woman has a different picture of her ideal man – penis included.
So, Does Size Matter?
Yes, size does matter to many women. No matter how many women say that a large penis is nothing more than a nice bonus, the truth is that a small penis can be a big problem. Countless surveys – and my personal experience - have established this fact. Despite all this, there are a lot of women who are more comfortable with a small sized penis, so all hope is not lost.
Give Me Some Good News!
OK. Before you start to feel bad you should know that you don't have to have a tool the size of a plumbers wrench between your legs to a woman happy. Most women will tell you that an very large penis can be worse than an small one.
In fact, sex with a large penis can be uncomfortable and even painful for the woman, as the average vagina stretches to a depth of only 5.5 inches during intercourse. A large penis can strike the cervix, causing discomfort and pain. Personally, the only time I experienced a really large penis I had a terrible time. I'm sure most women who've been with a very well endowed man will agree that they'd really prefer something a little more modest.
So What's the Ideal Penis Size?
While the answer to this question will inevitably come down to personal preference, my preference is ‘Bigger is better – just not too big.'
Essentially, the majority of women prefer a penis that is large enough to hit all the right spots and provide a feeling of ‘fullness', but not so large as to be uncomfortable. Similarly, a penis that is too small will not give that satisfying ‘full' sensation, and is less likely to be able to stimulate an orgasm through penetration alone.
What About Girth?
While people may go on and on about penis length there is a strong case to be made that girth – or the thickness of the penis – is just as important in satisfying a woman.
When it comes to providing that feeling of fullness I was talking about, girth becomes vitally important. Since the vagina is at its most sensitive within the first two or three inches I find it much easier to have an orgasm with a thick penis of average length than a long, thin penis.
The Conclusion?
When it comes down to it, when it comes to the ideal penis the watchwords should be ‘average… but maybe just a little bigger'. My ideal penis is a little over 6 inches, but I like them as thick as possible. According to studies the ‘average' penis can range in length from 5 inches to 6.5, with a girth of around 4 to 5 inches.
If your penis falls somewhere within those measurements you can count yourself lucky – statistically, you're likely to find a woman for whom your penis is ‘ideal'. If your member is longer or shorter, thicker or more slender… well, while you're not statistically ideal that isn't to say that there's anything wrong with your penis.
The question you should ask yourself is this: are you happy with your penis? If so then you shouldn't worry. If not, well, maybe it's time to do something about it.
